Resistance Statement

I believe in equality for all regardless of gender. A equal society is a powerful one where people of all walks of life can work together and flourish. I recognize that the world we live in is hard to fix and that not all people can afford to stand up for themselves and join the fight.  I resist that feminists are man-haters, that feminists are all angry women. No, we are a collection of all walks of life who are fighting for the ending of injustice against woman. The differences between us, our skin color, sexuality, origin, abilities, etc., are beautiful and can help with our fight. I celebrate these differences. This project aims to open our eyes to the experiences of Irish woman. It aims to share voices and anecdotes in order to uncover the pain of injustice woman have been going through for decades all over the world. It is time woman's voices are heard through the mass act to cover them.
